Fajita is pretty good, not a big fan of the queso but other that the food is alright. Service is quick and employee are kind.

A nice place for breakfast. There breakfast tacos were great. I had potato and egg tacos. Their salsa bar had a nice variety of complimentary hot sauces. Coffee was good too. The service was great and the staff was very nice. There's plenty of parking and you can eat inside or outside. Highly recommend.

Exelent breakfast spot with friendly staff, My wife enjoyed the breakfast tacos while had the delicious kitchen sink. The best quick breakfast spot I have been to for a long time.

2 words!! Carne Guisada. It was a perfect taco. The brisket taco also was amazing. Order outside and get a table inside or out or take it to go. Definitely the best taco in the area.

Mima's has my Dream Burrito. The El Bollilo Big Burrito is fresh, hot, big, stuffed with good stuff, and costs under $6. The rest of the menu looks just as good, and when I'm back in Wimberley, I'll try something else. You place your order at the front window, then choose a seat inside or on the patio, and friendly staff brings out your order. Both areas are comfortable and feel welcoming.

Found here on Yelp. 5 stars hands down! Friendly service, quick, and delicious homemade tacos. We got a combination of tacos; chorizo, egg, and potatoes; bacon, potato, egg; sausage and egg (pass on this one, good but nothing compared to the others). Window ordering only. Though they have a beautiful patio area. Also only saw this on one other review but I did confirm CASH ONLY. They have atm but it was out of cash; luckily I had some ones on me and their food is very nicely priced. Couple of dollars for a taco. One more tip - ask for their salsa verde. It's amazing!

Great breakfast tacos! Seriously, do yourself a favor and go for breakfast. My only real concerns were that it was so hot in the dining room and the young lady at the service counter was not particularly friendly. However, she WAS very efficient, so I can appreciate that. Restrooms are outside of the restaurant, so that's a bit strange, but not the worst thing ever.

Mima's is Catfish Fridays! Oh yea! This review if for the Caramel Flan that I purchased at Mima's. We go to Mima's in Wimberley for great Tacos and on Friday's they have a Catfish basket for $8.99 and comes with French Fries and a beverage. I asked if they had any deserts and they mentioned they offered Tres Leche and Caramel Flan. Last week I bought only one slice and brought it home and shared dinner and dessert. With 3 spoons in hand we shared the one dessert, the Caramel Flan. My Father, who has Alzheimer's kept making these comments and yummy sounds, ummmm, oh good, like it, and he moaned at one point. Mom and I got so tickled that he loved it so much. He took his spoon, turned up the container so the caramel would drip unto his spoon...so funny. He then asked "where"? We told him Mima's, where you eat tacos and Catfish. He smiled really big. Tonight I went back to Mima's and bought Catfish and 3 of the Caramel Flans so dad had dessert to himself and he kept asking again where I got it and finished every drop of his Flan. I lived in San Antonio at one time and visit there often and I plan to visit and check in at Adelso's Creations. Thank you Adelso's Creations and Mima's for making my Dad so happy.
